Don’t Hold Back blog will be about our journey together, our experiences, and adventures living on the Northern Beaches of Sydney.
Well what can I say, married to John. We have been together 21 years this year how time flies. We met at a mutual friends 21st back in 1995 then it just went from there, moved in together in July 1995 and been together ever since. Its like we are soul mates and I feel very lucky to of met someone who means the world to me in so many ways.
I have worked in different Marketing roles for the past 21 years, currently running my own social media agency, Gould Social Media.
On the 24th March 2006 we got married. A beautiful ceremony done at Little Manly Beach with close family and friends. We live on the Northern Beaches, where we have both grown up our whole lives. I love living where we live, close to the beach which is a must for me! Need to live near the surf or I would go insane. I love going for a run along the beach and the ocean front such a beautiful scene to take in.
We don’t have kids (well not yet, anyway!) maybe on the cards in the next few years, time will tell. I always say that maybe I am a little selfish cause I love my sleep-ins and not having to worry about all those things you worry about with children.
Don’t get me wrong I love kids I have three nieces and six nephews, but it’s good to be able to give them back! (lol)……
I have been a plumber for over 25 years and more recently had my own Handyman business, which I found was a niche market, most businesses would not go and do odd jobs for people as it wasn’t worthwhile, so found it was great to help people usually single women or elderly couples, who didn’t have a man around to help with those smaller jobs.
I love motorbikes, cars, fishing, surfing and the outdoors and of course my lovely wife.
Over the past few years I have been thinking about the online world and how it has changed peoples lives and way of living, so of course I thought it would be a great idea to do a blog with hints, tips and of course videos of all those small jobs we have around the home.
Always love a new idea so drop me a line if you want to know how to tackle one of those odd jobs.
..join us for the ride!
